Soundboard Governance is the independent corporate governance consulting firm I created in 2019 to help companies achieve sound board governance through a suite of customized services and to promote sound board governance through speaking, writing and other thought leadership activities.  I have made a career of taking on vexing corporate governance issues through convening and building deep relationships with the most influential leaders in the corporate governance ecosystem.  Soundboard Governance is the vehicle through which I continue this work.
